Till Death Do Us Part
In the late 1990's, Rachel and Larry met online as 'Blue' and 'Ali'. The more they talked to each other, the more they wanted to learn about the other. Their minds finally realized what their hearts had known all along... they were in love. They only lived a couple of hours away from each other, so they met in person and began dating.
In 1999, Larry asked Rachel to become his wife. They spent five and a half years sacrificing, working long shifts, educating themselves, and saving all for that one, big goal... to spend their lives happily growing old together, side by side.
On October 9, 2004, at the Alpine Mountain Wedding Chapel in the Great Smokey Mountains of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Larry and Rachel had their bond cemented for life in a small, beautiful, long-awaited marriage ceremony. The guests in attendance were their immediate families, and a few of their closest friends. The newlyweds are living their new family life together about an hour away from Atlanta, Georgia.
